SCI Announces 2-Year service guarantee on MC internal end blocks

SCI is proud to announce that beginning May 1, 2014 it will begin offering select end block products with a 2-Year Service Guarantee. SCI’s popular MC end block will be the first product to carry this new guarantee.

As part of its ongoing efforts improve upon it’s already industry leading reliability, SCI has developed an improved rotary seal that offers superior reliability. With this improvement, SCI guarantees that all products marked with the 2-Year Guarantee logo will have no service requirements for the first 2 years of operation.

“Our goal is to continuously improve the reliability and reduce the cost of ownership of our products” said Dan Crowley, SCI’s Technical Director.

Over the next year, SCI plans to extend the 2-Year Service Guarantee to all of its end block products.

In addition to these changes, SCI is proud to offer a new 5-year limited warranty on all magnet bar products. During the warranty period, SCI guarantees leak-free operation with no required changes of wear parts including support rollers.
